Hey friends.
First, I must admit that I love cookies. One of the many events that I look forward to around the holidays is the cookie contest my husband has at work and he brings home a cookie from each contestant. That’s about 40 cookies that I get to try!!!
As much as I love eating cookies, I’m not a huge fan of making them. Until now! These cookies are seriously quick and easy to make and the best part is that there are only 5 ingredients.
Another huge plus is that they are made with bananas. My daughter is not a huge fan of fruit, but these she’ll eat. Probably because they have peanut butter and chocolate chips, her fave.
5 Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1.5 cups of old fashion oats
2 medium bananas
1 Tbsp of chia seeds (optional)
1.5 Tbsp peanut butter powder
2.5 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven for 350 degrees. Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add all of the ingredients in the large bowl and mix well. Spoon 16 cookies onto a prepared baking pan. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy!
