Want to know your starting macros or adjustment macros to reach your goals? This is a macro count only and not coaching.

Macro count for:
- starting macros to initiate weight gain or loss
- adjustment macros to continue weight loss or gain from a plateau
- reverse macros to end a weight loss phase or to prepare the body for a weight loss phase

Within 24-48 hours, I will email you a 3 day food log to record your intake. If you would like to get started before hand, record everything you eat and drink, including water and supplements, on a piece of paper or in MyFitness Pal App. When you receive the food log, transcribe the information and email it back to me.
