Friends, I have a slight addiction to Starbucks. I go at least 3x’s a week. Now, I know it could be worse, but for me that’s a lot. And, you know what? I’m ok with this. I don’t mind spending money on coffee.
I love my Starbuck’s coffee. I could make something similar at home, but the taste and experience wouldn’t be the same. In order to keep up my caffeine addiction and meet my low calorie requirements, I had to be creative.
Below are my favorite low calorie Starbuck’s drinks and mobile orders:
Mocha Nitro Cold Brew - approximately 45 calories, 3.5 g fat, 3 g carbs, 1 g pro
Mocha Cold Brew Coffee - approximately 100 calories, 6 g fat, 10 g carbs, 1 g pro
Mocha Frappuccino - approximately 110 calories, 2.5 g fat, 20 g carbs, 1 g pro
These calculations are estimates and my numbers are rounded up for the calories. Keep in mind when you have other people preparing your food/drinks you have no control over the exact amount of ingredients used.
