I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. I like to keep my days as normal as possible during the holidays, and that includes continuing my workout schedule and healthy eating.
The weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day are not a time to drop healthy habits and kick back. Those weeks are like any other weeks throughout the year, but a little busier. Which is why I like to keep my workouts short on the days I know I’m going to be busy.
My workout today was short and intense. It was perfect for blasting calories in a small amount of time. If you try this workout remember to maintain proper form while completing each exercise, and don’t forget to log your results in your workout notebook. At the end of the workout add 5 planks, each for 1 minute with a 15 second break between each plank.
