Home Workout: Burpee Galore


Happy Wednesday.

I’ve been spending a lot of time running on my treadmill while powering through books on my kindle. I have read 13 books in the past 3 weeks. I love reading. I want to read 100 books this year. It's an ambitious goal, but I think I can manage it.  

I’ve also been doing one interval workout a week instead of several different workouts within a week. My reason for this is partly to measure improvement and laziness.

The workout doesn’t require any equipment and you only need a timer to record your time.

Home Workout Burpee Galore
Complete each exercise as fast as you can while maintaining proper form. And don’t forget to log your results in your workout notebook. This is a good workout.

Tomorrow I’m making cupcakes for a play date on Friday. My girlfriend is making a quiche, yum. It has been a few months since I last made a cake. I want to make something fun and creative, but the cupcakes are mainly for a bunch of toddlers. I’ll probably stick with a chocolate cake and vanilla frosting. I bought a ton of sprinkles at Home Goods, so I might make something with them.

If you need sprinkles, Home Goods has fun ones for cheap. I’ll share my cupcake pictures and tips next week.

  1. Ooooo...I always love sprinkles..I put them on all kinds of things. I'll have to see where there's a Home Goods near me!
