I’ve been spending a lot of time running on my treadmill while powering through books on my kindle. I have read 13 books in the past 3 weeks. I love reading. I want to read 100 books this year. It's an ambitious goal, but I think I can manage it.
I’ve also been doing one interval workout a week instead of several different workouts within a week. My reason for this is partly to measure improvement and laziness.
The workout doesn’t require any equipment and you only need a timer to record your time.
Complete each exercise as fast as you can while maintaining proper form. And don’t forget to log your results in your workout notebook. This is a good workout.
Tomorrow I’m making cupcakes for a play date on Friday. My girlfriend is making a quiche, yum. It has been a few months since I last made a cake. I want to make something fun and creative, but the cupcakes are mainly for a bunch of toddlers. I’ll probably stick with a chocolate cake and vanilla frosting. I bought a ton of sprinkles at Home Goods, so I might make something with them.
