Today has been a great day. My son is starting to feel better and the crying/whining has been kept to a minimum. Yay.
Tomorrow, I’m planning to make a really cute Father’s Day cake. I cannot wait to share pictures. This cake is going to be an easy throw together cake, which I love. This will probably be the last cake I will share on the blog until the end of the month or beginning of July. I have a huge wedding cake I’m making that is due at the end of this month. I plan to make a couple of decorating tutorials from the wedding cake that I will try to post in the next couple of weeks.
Today’s HIIT workout is really hard. It is 16 minutes long and will require an interval timer of some sort. There are 16 rounds with 10 sec rest and 50 sec work. As always, complete each workout as fast as you can while maintaining proper form. Don’t forget to record your reps in your workout notebook.
- 180 Squat Jumps 30, 29, 31, 28
- Bicycles Abs 58, 70, 67, 75
- High Knees 90, 120, 102, 116
- Dive Bombers 7, 8, 8, 9
I also ran an easy 2.7 miles.
Did anyone try last weeks Home Workout: Booty Burn? That workout left me sore for days, it was crazy.
Anyone have any baking plans for Father’s Day? It took me a few days to decide what I was going to make.
