I had to make some changes to my workouts last week due to the crazy wind. Luckily, I was able to run on my treadmill. My runs are starting to get better, but not like they were two weeks ago.
I don’t know what is going on, but I’m seriously due for an awesome run.
Last week, I was able to knock out 95 burpees in 10 minutes. Yay! I was completely exhausted at the end. I’m hoping this will be my week to do 100 burpees in 10 minutes.
Registration for the St. George Marathon opened yesterday and I’ve been considering signing up. It works on a lottery system, so there is no guarantee I will get in. I’ve read great things about this marathon.
If I get in, this will be my first marathon. I trained for a marathon a few years ago, but wasn’t able to run because of an injury. It is a bummer putting in so many hours and miles training and not being able to run.
I decided to change my workouts to 4 days a week with one double day. I’m having a hard time fitting in a 5th day, so I’m hoping this will help.

I will post the Home Workout: Killer Legs and Quick Burn D workouts later today. I can’t decide if I want the Killer Legs workout to focus on reps or intervals.
