Happy Friday! I hope you all are having a wonderful day.
My day is going pretty darn great, despite catching my kid’s cold. I woke up early and knocked out an HIIT workout. I love getting my workouts done early so I don’t have to worry about fitting them in later in the day.
I also went to a doctor’s appointment, exciting. Most people aren’t too excited about seeing the doctor, but for me it meant leaving the house without kids. So yes, I was excited. I know it’s sad.
Afterwards, I went to TJ Maxx and found a super cute running skirt and picked up Greek food and frozen yogurt for lunch.
Cute, huh? I love running in skirts. They are really comfortable.
