Today’s workout is focused on using reps instead of intervals. I usually switch between the two with this workout. If you want to do intervals instead, set your timer for 12 rounds 10 second rest and 50 second work. You will do as many as you can in 12 minutes. Or you can go through them twice for 24 minutes. You would set your timer for 24 rounds 10 second rest and 50 second work.
Go through the exercises 2 times as fast as you can while maintaining proper form. Don’t forget to record your time in your workout notebook.
