Home Workout: Killer Legs

Today’s workout is all about legs. This was a tough workout. I decided to focus the workout on intervals instead of reps. This workout is 18 minutes with 10 seconds for rest and 50 seconds for the exercises. I use the gymboss interval timer.

Home Workout Killer Legs

Go through the exercises 3 times as fast as you can while maintaining proper form. Don’t forget to count your reps and record them in your workout notebook.
