My run yesterday was a huge improvement from the past couple of weeks. I feel like I’m finally getting back to where I was. I did the Killer Legs workout after my run and it felt like my legs were about to fall off. It was a good pain.

I like having a list of healthy snacks that I can grab or make quickly. Having a list and planning ahead helps prevent binge eating when feeling famished.
