Yay! I did it! I completed my goal of 100 burpees in 10 minutes. I seriously didn’t think I was going to make it yesterday. I remember seeing 5 seconds left on my timer and still had 2 burpees to go. I could not let the timer go off when I was so close. I pushed the last 2 burpees out and the timer went off as I powered through my last jump. It is such a good feeling to have completed this goal. I think my next goal will be focus on running.
I made this Strawberry Chocolate Protein Faux Ice Cream for dessert the other night and it was delicious.
- 3/4 frozen banana
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 scoop of chocolate Metabolic Drive Low Carb Protein powder mixed with 1/4 cup of skim milk
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
This is probably my favorite faux ice cream to date. Yum.
