Today is Registered Dietitian Day and to celebrate I wanted to share my top 16 superfoods. It was hard to list only 16, since there are so many delicious and healthy foods. The list include foods that are high in antioxidants, protein, fiber and omega 3 fatty acids as well as other healthy nutrients.
Try to include these foods as well as other healthy foods in your daily diet.
