I made these beer mug cupcakes for my husband’s coworkers to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. These cupcakes are easy to make and absolutely adorable. I found the tutorial on i am baker.
Tips and lessons learned for my next batch:
- Cut the domes off of the cupcakes.
- Roll the fondant closer to 1/4 inch in thickness.
- Apply a small amount of icing to the sides of the cupcakes.
- I used a small amount of tylose powder to help dry the fondant some.
