Here are a few links I loved reading this week. As always, I included links on nutrition, fitness, kids, cakes and other interesting topics.

I just found this Buffalo Chicken Quinoa Bites recipe on So Very Blessed and cannot wait to try them. I love to make meals that are bite size for my toddlers. 

The Greatist website is quickly becoming one of my favorite sites. They have wonderful tips and information on nutrition, fitness, health and happiness. This week they posted a list of 44 Healthy Foods under $1

Here is an interesting article from Runner’s World on how running can improve learning and memory. Another great reason to workout.

I really enjoyed reading How to Raise Kids Who Love Their Bodies. I hope my kids will appreciate their bodies and have a healthy view of themselves.

These Irish Coffee Cupcakes look delicious. I plan to add these to my long list of cakes to make this year. Even though they are adorable baked in the coffee mugs, I think I will use cupcake liners. This will make it easier to give them away.

Nubby discusses the book It’s Not How Good You Are, It’s How Good You Want to Be by Paul Arden and why it is one of her all time favorite books. I definitely need to check this book out.
