Banana Peach Protein Faux Ice Cream

 

I typically drink a protein shake after my workouts, but today I decided I wanted something that would fill me up. I made a banana peach protein faux ice cream for lunch.

Banana Peach Protein Faux Ice Cream (2 cups)

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup skim milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Biotest Metabolic Drive Low Carb Protein Powder.)

7 slices frozen peaches

Directions:

Mix protein powder and milk in a cup. Add the banana, peaches and protein mixture to a food processor and blend until smooth.
