Every so often I will come up with a new HIIT workout to keep myself challenged. Last night, I wrote the 500 Rep Workout. I try to alternate the exercises with cardio and strength.
Complete 10 reps for each exercise and 5 rounds for a total 500 reps. Go through each exercise as fast as you can while maintaining proper form.
Time yourself with a stopwatch and record your results in your workout notebook. Complete this workout in two weeks to see if you have improved.
